- For mainland licenses, there will be an extra fee of 500 AED for e-signature cards.
- For mainland licenses, clients may need to pay additional labor fees if the company category changes.
- All mainland license clients are required to make the full payment after receiving the payment voucher. If the payment voucher amount increases, the client must pay the difference. Delaying payment may result in the voucher expiring (voucher validity is 25 days), after which the client must pay an additional 900 AED to regenerate the payment voucher from DED.
- Government charges are subject to change without prior notice, and METABIZ CORPORATE SERVICES is not responsible for any increase in government fees.
- Depending on the business activity, if any external approvals are required, the client must bear the associated costs.

- Additional documents may be required for any external approvals from other government bodies, depending on the business activity.
- The business proposal includes only the license formation and visa fees for the specified duration.
- All license holders should renew their licenses upon expiry. If the license is not renewed or canceled, fines will be imposed by government authorities. METABIZ CORPORATE SERVICES is not responsible for renewing licenses.
- The license holder has the right to cancel their license at any time after fulfilling all cancellation requirements. Cancellation fees will apply.
- License-issuing authorities have the right to take any legal action and request settlement of penalties related to the license and visas issued.
METABIZ CORPORATE SERVICES reserves the right to stop all services if there are any outstanding or overdue payments.
- Rules, regulations, and fees relating to licensing services, immigration, and visas are subject to change by the concerned authorities without prior notice.
- All timelines are calculated based on average processing times and may vary. Indicated timelines begin upon receipt of payment and may be affected by government holidays or unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters.
- All license holders are required to settle their financial obligations towards their employees (salaries, allowances, vacation time, etc.) according to the Employment Agreement signed by both parties and in accordance with UAE law.
METABIZ CORPORATE SERVICES is not responsible for any legal or administrative actions or fines levied against the company by government authorities.
- Compliance departments of government authorities have the right to request additional documents at any stage of the process.
